
For the Sandwich
Ingredients:
- English muffin, toasted
- Bacon – lots of bacon
- Mayo and Dijon mustard – just a little
- Arugula – our own ‘F*ck lettuce’ tribute @jtarticle15
- Dubliner cheese – like sharp cheddar but better
- Avocado, sliced
- Tomato – gotta have the “T” in BLT
- Firecracker Farm Three Kings Hot Salt – because 🔥 everything is better with Hot Salt
Instructions:
- Toast the Muffin: Lightly toast your English muffin until golden and crisp.
- Cook the Bacon: Fry up a generous amount of bacon until crispy. Drain on paper towels.
- Mix the Spread: Combine a small amount of mayo and Dijon mustard. Spread on both sides of the toasted muffin.
- Assemble the Stack: Layer arugula, sliced avocado, tomato, crispy bacon, and a thick slice of Dubliner cheese.
- Season Like a Savage: Hit it with a couple grinds of Firecracker Farm Hot Salt to bring the heat.
- Close it Up: Top with the other half of the muffin and press gently.
To Serve
Eat immediately while warm, crispy, and dripping with flavor. Serve with a side of napkins and a warning label: May induce elevated taste consciousness.
