
For the Salad
Ingredients:
- Romaine lettuce, chopped
- 1 tbsp grated Parmesan or Romano cheese
- High-quality sausage (from a good butcher — no mystery meat)
- Firecracker Farm Three Kings Hot Salt
- Senor Lechuga .5326 Hot Sauce
For the Dressing
Ingredients:
- 3–4 grinds Firecracker Farm Hot Salt
- ½ tsp Senor Lechuga .5326 hot sauce
- 1 tsp whole grain mustard
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 3 tbsp rice vinegar
Instructions:
- Grill the Sausage: Heat your grill and cook the sausages until crisp, juicy, and charred to perfection.
- Make the Dressing: In a small bowl, whisk together the hot salt, hot sauce, mustard, olive oil, and rice vinegar until emulsified.
- Toss the Salad: In a large bowl, toss chopped romaine with the dressing and grated cheese.
- Plate It: Serve the salad alongside grilled sausage. Finish everything with a final dusting of Firecracker Farm Hot Salt.
